These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you when using Fiscala's website and programmes. Please read them carefully before enrolling or making contact.

Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings given below:
- "Fiscala", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Fiscala, registered at No. 31, Persiaran Selatan, 62100 Putrajaya, Malaysia.
- "You", "User" — any person who accesses our website or enquires about or enrols in our programmes.
- "Services" — the workshops, toolkits, community access, and studio programmes we offer, as described on this website.
- "Content" — all materials, templates, checklists, session notes, and resources provided as part of a programme.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- "Website" — the site located at fiscala.club and all associated pages.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for our programmes.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement to use our services. Our programmes are designed for adult learners, professionals, and organisations.
Our Services
Fiscala provides educational content, workshops, and creator community resources focused on responsible money-literacy communication. Our current offerings are:
- Content Foundations Workshop (RM 520) — a structured workshop on planning clear, responsible financial education content.
- Creator Toolkit & Community (RM 1,560) — content templates, planners, and access to a peer creator community.
- Educator Studio Programme (RM 4,300) — a multi-session B2B-focused programme with structured materials, peer review, and a certificate of attendance.
Programme availability, schedules, and delivery format may vary. We reserve the right to modify programme content to keep it current and relevant, without materially reducing its scope or quality.
Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your enquiry or registration details and you have received a written confirmation from Fiscala. Places are subject to availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Please notify us promptly if any details change before a programme begins.
For corporate or B2B enrolments under the Educator Studio Programme, a separate engagement agreement may be required. Your account security and login credentials (where applicable) are your responsibility.
User Responsibilities
When using our website or participating in programmes, you agree to:
- Use the website and materials for lawful, non-commercial personal or professional development purposes only
- Treat other participants in community or group settings with respect and professionalism
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission
- Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia and your own jurisdiction
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our programmes — including text, templates, checklists, storyboard frameworks, session slides, and branding — is the property of Fiscala or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own educational or professional purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or use materials in commercial products without our written consent.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by Fiscala without obligation or compensation.
Payment & Refunds
Pricing: All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Current programme prices are: Content Foundations Workshop — RM 520; Creator Toolkit & Community — RM 1,560; Educator Studio Programme — RM 4,300.
Payment: Payment details and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of registration confirmation. Full payment is required before programme commencement unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.
Cancellation by you: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be credited toward a future session at our discretion. No refunds are issued after a programme has commenced.
Cancellation by Fiscala: If we need to cancel a session for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
Programme-Specific Terms
Attendance: Participation in scheduled sessions is your responsibility. We cannot guarantee that missed content can be replayed or rescheduled.
Certificate of Attendance: The Educator Studio Programme includes a certificate of attendance issued to participants who complete the required sessions. This is an attendance record only — it does not constitute a professional qualification or regulated credential.
Academic integrity: All work you submit or present in peer-review sessions should be your own. Misrepresentation of authorship may result in removal from the programme without refund.
Community access: Access to the Creator Toolkit & Community is subject to adherence to community conduct standards. Membership may be suspended if community guidelines are not followed.
Disclaimers
Our programmes are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, investment, or regulatory advice. Nothing in our materials, sessions, or communications constitutes personalised financial advice or regulated financial services.
We make no representations about specific outcomes arising from participation in our programmes. Educational tools and frameworks are provided as general resources to support your own content creation and professional development.
The website and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Fiscala's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of earnings, business, data, or reputation — even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or programmes if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other participants, or act in a way that brings Fiscala into disrepute.
You may discontinue use of the website at any time. Termination does not affect your payment obligations for programmes already commenced.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first if you have a concern. Email [email protected] and we'll make a genuine effort to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution is not possible, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Malaysian courts or consumer tribunal.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fiscala regarding use of the website and our services.
Severability: If any clause in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party without our written consent.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational needs. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our website or participation in our programmes after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you should discontinue use.
